The Strategy

The NGO’s motive was to build a prosperous country with a harmonious, capable, and self-reliant society. The strategy was prepared to highlight such noble cause on the grounds of encouraging and motivating youth to shape their lives in right direction. Venue being Jaipur, media was called to attend the event from all of Rajasthan. Delhi being in close proximity, many media houses also showed their interest in travelling to the venue to cover the event.

The solution

Media coverage for the event was strategically divided based on interest in each day’s activities. The first day spotlighted volunteers setting up stalls to showcase their social upliftment work. The second day featured leading industrialists and Dr. Mohanrao Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of RSS, discussing the urgent need for ‘Suposhit Bharat’ (Nourished India) and ‘Atma-Nirbhar Bharat’ (Self-reliant India). They outlined steps to achieve these goals and societal contributions. The final day focused on presenting case studies and rewarding exceptional work. Each day’s activities held unique significance, attracting varied media interests. Consequently, PR activities and coordination were tailored to align media with their areas of interest and facilitate interactions with relevant spokespersons.
