Ritika Singh, a young graduate in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University, SAP FI certified professional, and multi-linguist with proficiency in English, Hindi and German, has been a driving force for TYC Communication since 2013. This young shepreneur inducted herself into the business when she was just 20. In addition to pursuing educational goals, the industrious Ritika was available for business soon after the classes. And it was her immaculate time management skills that helped her strike a perfect balance between studies and business.

Ritika’s insatiable urge for learning from global communities, motivated her to earn hands-on experience in various roles and capacities. She groomed herself in foreign languages and learned SAP FI and other ERP modules. Now, Ritika is already cherishing a career span of almost a decade, and during this impressive stint, she participated in the growth of many progressive businesses in India and abroad.

While her association with ISG (Bengaluru) and DXC Technology (Bengaluru) made her familiar with the dynamics of Indian markets, she got the opportunity to understand European markets while going onboard at ARTONIS OÜ (Estonia), Lamina Technologies (Switzerland), and Konecranes (Estonia). This diversified experience and knowledge of different industries are explicit in Ritika’s managerial approach as the director and co-founder of TYC Communication.

Being an ambitious entrepreneur with big goals, Ritika wants to propel her organisation across continents. She is the spearhead of TYC’s Growth & Expansion team, and the first milestone of TYC’s overseas journey, the launch of TYC in Estonia, is achieved under her motivational leadership. Now she is keen to explore Europe further to cater to native businesses with bespoke digital marketing, content development, and language translation services.

Armed with multi-tasking skills, Ritika’s expertise in core functional areas includes business development, sales & marketing (offline and online), motivation & wellness, and project management. She has commendable leadership skills in representing organisations and people while taking on multiple responsibilities.
